Client Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Native Level Speaker in French

The Client Services Specialist will be responsible for delivering best-in-class service and ensuring that customers are retained, satisfied, and nurtured.

Your Tasks:

  • Develop and maintain close relationships with ABS issuers and management companies by anticipating and responding to their needs
  • Process customer requests or forward them to the relevant department
  • Liaise with various departments about client queries
  • Manage user access for various internal & external systems
  • Recommend changes to products or services to improve user experience
  • Check and correct inconsistencies on EDW platforms and systems
  • Ensure accessibility of all relevant transaction data and documentation in compliance with disclosure requirements
  • Maintain customer contracts
  • Perform project work

Your Skills, Knowledge, and Interests:

  • Bachelor in Economics or a proven comparable qualification
  • At least one years of experience in financial industry
  • At least one year of relevant experience
  • Distinct focus on customer centricity
  • Proactive, flexible and hands-on-mentality
  • Excellent self-management skills
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office and CRM
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Additional European language (beneficial)
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office
