Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

As European DataWarehouse’s (EDW’s) Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

You will play a critical role in the development and management of various software systems, utilities, and process automation at EDW. Being a very hands-on member of the IT team, you will focus equally on both internal tools and EDW’s customer-facing software utilities.

Your Tasks:

Technical Project Management

  • Liaise with EDW’s outsourcing partners and internal stakeholders to manage the roadmap of EDW’s securitisation repository product suite
  • Plan, monitor, oversee, and contribute to EDW’s internal projects
  • Engage with specific clients and ensure successful delivery of such ad-hoc projects
  • Own EDW’s IT Incident and Change Management responsibilities
  • Liaise with Software and Infra partners to ensure SLAs are met

 

Software Development

  •  Contribute to internal tools and utilities development in web development (C#) or MS SQL development or both.
  • Liaise with data management, sales and research teams to build niche solutions
  • Ensure compliance with EDW’s policies and procedures in terms of IT development, data access, and IT security

 

Customer Service

  •  Deliver software release updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrate EDW’s software to existing and potential clients
  • Coordinate / provide technical guidance to clients as and when required

Your skills, knowledge and interest:

  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of total professional experience
  • At least 3-4 years of technical project management experience
  • At least 3-4 years of software development experience in C# or MS SQL
  • Very good project management and project coordination skills
  • Experience coordinating IT projects in agile/scrum desirable
  • Software development experience in either C# and / or MS SQL
  • Knowledge of Azure or any other cloud platform desirable
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Fluency in one other European language desirable
