EDW provides both core and premium Securitisation Repository solutions for reporting entities to meet the obligations of the Securitisation Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 (SECR).
Pricing
* The one-off deal-initiation fee provides premium access to a range of features such as to the CSV2XML Converter or the EDW Extended Templates for Rating Agencies for the lifetime of your transaction.
** For private Non-ABCP created in EDW’s EU platform until 30 June 2026, the one-off deal initiation fee and the annual hosting fee will be waived for the first year.
Entities reporting in both UK and EU EDW repositories will have the deal creation fee waived for the second repository.
ACCESS FOR DATA USERS (AS DEFINED BY article 17.1 (a)-(J) of the SECURITISATION REGULATION)
In addition to providing direct and immediate access free of charge to investors, potential investors, and all entities listed in Article 17.1 (a) – (j) of the SECR, EDW also offers upgrade options for more convenient access and analysis.

– Deal Reports
Holistic view of all transactions within EDITOR, including historical time-series data, stratification tables, and benchmarks. This also includes CSV access to all public deals.

Data delivered directly to users according to their preferred data format, delivery frequency, and destination.
– Multilingual Analyst Support
Assignment of a dedicated data analyst for personalised support in over 15 languages.

EDW’s pricing structure is established and monitored by a Pricing Committee, consisting of 8 members of the ABS industry. The fees are set in line with EDW’s role as a utility to provide improved transparency to investors and other market participants in ABS.
As designated Securitisation Repository under the SECR, EDW adheres to the Article 19 of the Commission Delegated Regulation 2020/1230, “Pricing Policy Transparency,” relating to the provision of core and ancillary securitisation services. As such, you can access our Pricing Policy here.
