The Application Process

 

The Application Process is very important to us. We take our time for each applicant to find the right match.

  • Application: Please send us your application documents (cover letter, CV and certificates as PDF), plus salary expectations and earliest start date by e-mail. You will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt.
  • Interview Process: If your profile matches what we’re looking for, we will invite you for an initial telephone interview with HR. Following a successful initial phone call, we will invite you to our office, or will arrange a virtual visit  when travel is not possible due to COVID-19,  for a case-study and a series of interviews with your potential manager and future colleagues.
  • The Decision and Offer: Our hiring process is nimble and efficient. We usually make our decision very quickly once we have found the right candidate.
  • Onboarding Process: We assign a mentor to you who will help you become familiar with the company during your 6-month probationary period.
