European DataWarehouse (EDW) is a Securitisation Repository designated by both the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It was established in 2012 as the first Securitisation Repository in Europe to facilitate the collection, validation, and download of standardised data for Asset-Backed Securities and private whole loan portfolios. Operating as a market infrastructure, EDW aims to increase transparency and restore confidence in the securitisation market.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to support our Sales & Marketing team with project coordination, data management, and CRM system tasks (HubSpot). In this role, you will play an essential part in project execution, working closely with the team to track progress, manage deadlines, and assist with key project tasks. Additionally, you will help ensure data accuracy, contribute to the CRM implementation, and handle general project-related responsibilities. This position offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience while making a valuable impact on our business processes.
Your Tasks:
- Project Support:
- Key support in project coordination, including preparing materials, scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and taking meeting notes.
- Assistance with various project tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Involvement in data entry, updates, and documentation to keep the project organised.
- Support the development of templates and presentations for client-facing materials.
- CRM Support:
- Maintaining and updating records in HubSpot, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Contributing to the creation of user guides and content for CRM processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and visualizations to communicate key data insights.
- Supporting team members with basic data analysis and tailored reporting.
Your skills, knowledge and interests:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant university program, such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Management, Statistics, or Marketing. Ideally, you have already gained experience through an internship or working student position.
- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- A proactive team player who can manage multiple tasks, work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in data entry and management, with knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems.

- Eligibility: We only accept applications with the eligibility to work in Europe
- You need an enrolment certificate
