European DataWarehouse (EDW) is a Securitisation Repository designated by both the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) and the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). It was established in 2012 as the first Securitisation Repository in Europe to facilitate the collection, validation, and download of standardised data for Asset-Backed Securities and private whole loan portfolios. Operating as a market infrastructure, EDW aims to increase transparency and restore confidence in the securitisation market.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Join our international marketing team at European DataWarehouse (EDW) in Frankfurt and support us in coordinating events, shaping marketing materials, and keeping everything on track.

Your Tasks:

  • Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate internal and external marketing events such as webinars, conferences, and team initiatives.
  • Content Management: Maintain and continuously improve website content, blog posts, newsletters, and surveys to ensure up-to-date and engaging communication.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in the creation, execution, and performance tracking of marketing campaigns and reports.
  • Marketing Logistics: Organise marketing materials and manage logistical aspects for events and external appearances (e.g., promotional items, booth equipment).
  • Operational Support: Take ownership of ad hoc tasks and ensure timely completion of assigned activities and project deliverables.
  • Digital Exploration: Support the team in researching and evaluating new digital or AI-based tools for marketing and communication purposes.

Your skills, knowledge and interests:

  • Educational Qualification: Currently enrolled in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Organisational Strength: Strong organisational skills; ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously with structure and reliability.
  • Work Approach: Independent, proactive, and hands-on mindset; capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and a structured, dependable working style.
  • AI & Digital Tools: Basic understanding or interest in using AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly) for content creation, idea generation, or research tasks.
  • Marketing Analytics: Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms) and data-driven thinking is a plus.
  • Digital Mindset: Curiosity for new technologies and a willingness to explore innovative digital trends in marketing.
  • Language & Collaboration: Fluency in English and ability to work comfortably in an international and cross-functional team environment.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with WordPress, basic HTML, and the MS Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
  • Creative Tools: Knowledge of design and content tools such as Canva, InDesign, or similar.
  • Professional Experience: Initial experience in marketing, event planning, or project coordination (e.g., internships or student jobs) is a plus.

Additional Information:

  • Contract Duration: Fixed-term contract for 24 months.
  • Eligibility Requirements: To apply, you need to be enrolled at a German university and have a valid student visa or work permit for Germany. Please provide a current enrollment certificate with your application.
  • Working Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week), with flexible scheduling based on your university commitments.
  • Salary: €19 per hour
