  • Create and refine high-quality content: website copy, press releases, presentations, campaign materials
  • Plan and execute email campaigns and our monthly newsletter
  • Manage external partners (agencies, PR, design, content providers)
  • Lead the organisation of conference participation and EDW events (workshops, webinars – on- and offline)

  • Strong sense for design, branding and visual communication
  • Highly independent, fast learner, structured working style
  • Ability to translate technical content into clear, audience-appropriate messaging
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Digital Marketing Focus:

  • Develop and enhance our digital marketing strategy (SEO, Ads, Automation, Content)
  • Drive the further development of our website and digital touchpoints
  • Oversee SEO activities (onpage optimisation, keyword strategy, structure)
  • Plan and implement digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, retargeting)
  • Use modern AI tools for content, segmentation and efficiency improvements
  • Own and manage HubSpot Marketing Hub (automation, workflows, lead flows, data processes)
  • Coordinate with IT/Tech teams on digital tools and processes

Additional Strengths (Preferred):

  • Experience briefing and managing creative and digital agencies
  • Understanding of content and CMS processes (no hands-on production required)
  • Experience conceptualising video/audio formats in collaboration with external partners
  • Ability to use social media strategically (thought leadership, corporate messaging)

  • Interest in modern technologies, especially AI-driven tools
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms – ideally HubSpot
  • Curiosity for data, analytics and emerging digital marketing trends
