Overview
PROCEDURE TO REPORT INFORMATION FOR REPORTING ENTITIES
Reporting entities looking to fulfil disclosure requirements under the Securitisation Regulation (EU) 2017/2402 can register with European Datawarehouse here.
When filling out the registration form, please select “Data Owner” and / or “Data Provider”, depending on the role you require on the system. Data Owners can register their securitisations on the platform and are the legal owner of the data. Data Providers can be either the Data Owner, the reporting entity, or a third party servicer that a Data Owner has nominated and is responsible to upload data for a given securitisation.
Please keep in mind, all deals need a Data Owner before they can nominate a Data Provider. If you are both the legal owner of the data and plan to upload the data yourself, you can check boxes for both “Data Owner” and “Data Provider”.
Upon registering, we will contact you to complete the registration formalities including a contract signature. Once the final steps are complete you will be provided with credentials to securely access our securitisation repository platform.
Further information on how to register securitisations and how to upload information, including setting up of SFTP, file naming conventions, etc. shall be made available to you through our user guide, which can also be downloaded from our repository platform.
Please contact enquiries@eurodw.eu if you have any questions regarding the process to register and report information as per the Securitisation Regulation.
Our comprehensive blog article, ‘Everything you need to know about reporting to a Securitisation Repository‘ also provides a overview of all the relevant details.
